Andrew Sackett is a self-taught painter based in Rye, New York, working in oil, acrylic, and watercolor. His work ranges from large-scale conceptual series to detailed representational commissions.
His series include Vessel, five anatomical studies rendered as bone-white structure, and Rooms We Return To, a sequence of warm, minimal interiors tracing a relationship through distance and return. Alongside them he paints commissions for private clients — homes, pets, and large pieces sized to a specific room, like the 5 × 3.5 ft Bay Head, NJ.
Original works are available for private sale. Andrew welcomes commissions and collaborations — reach out below.
